Mary Jardin has expanded tremendously beyond its age and i need to frequently  catch up with the latest system and new products being launched to the market.

 As of today, we have Skincare, Bodycare and Beauty Superfood and Homespa. 

 For this post, I wanna introduce you girls to Beauty Superfood ; AstaCera-Col, Anti-Oxidant Drink (Oxi-Vit) and Pea Protein Drink.

 I am yet to study about these superfood and waiting for Dr Maryam to elaborate on them soon through Hilde TV.

I heard pea protein is yet to penetrate Malaysian market and MJ is the first to come out with pea protein drink. As the name suggests, it is based from pea.

Business Concept from The Alchemist

Assalamualaikum everyone. Hope you are doing fine :)

This would be the nth time i read The Alchemist. Even so, i still find precious and new knowledge everytime i read. 

 And, this time it is about business! Yes, you heard it right. Paulo Coelho did explain a very crucial business concept that was highlighted by The Hasbul Brothers last week. 

PROBLEM

 Business should be all about problem solvings. For example, people want to eat scrumptious food but they cant go out for various reasons so you provide food delivery. Women find it hard to wear muslimah cutting dress (covers aurah properly), so you sell aurah friendly dress. And, if ladies out there are scared with those unnecessary chemicals applied on their face, you offer them Mary Jardin hehe. 
Focus on the bottom part. He says, "Let's sell tea to the people who climb the hill" 

Santiago worked at a crystal glassware shop on the top of a hill. One day, he saw people were exhausted and thirsty after the climb and an idea popped out, to sell tea and distinguished from the other. 

When he presented this new business side, his employer refused saying there are lots of stalls selling tea already. 

But, Santiago did not stop there. He innovated that idea. He said, we could sell tea in crystal glasses. People would want to enjoy tea and buy the crystal glasses. WOW! 

Sipping fresh mint tea from crystal glass after a tiring climb sounds gorgeous :D

And news spread fast. Let's see the customers's response;

They said 

- he's gonna entertain guests tonight and tea served in beautiful crystal glasses will not fail to impress them
- tea taste better in a crystal glass
- relate to magical powers 

See? What has Santiago done? He took the idea and innovated the idea. From just drinking tea, they bought the crystal glass too.

Problem is the employer didnt want to sell tea due to saturated supply.

Santiago the boy converted the problem to opportunity and that has doubled or tripled their earnings, forcing the employer to hire new staffs.

Avoid focusing on the product, instead stress heavily on the problems you offer to solve.

Rebranding

Assalamualaikum. Hai all.

looking more sophisticated + exclusive


 I havent introduced our new logo more formally, so here it is!
what say you? please say only nice things okayy

 Now we have TWO taglines - Every Woman's Dream & Handcrafted Luxury.

 Do you like it?

 When Dr A first showed this photo to us, agents - i was like, how come it is so not beautiful? I want the old one. Please dont replace it :0

 But, mind you beautiful is inadequate in business. It needs to be marketable and long lasting + has some exquisite features, like the new logo :D

 Only after some time, i could see the beauty and exquisiteness of this new logo. Yeah. We want to market this for long term and reaching overseas users. (its true we have agents in many other countries, but still among Malaysians. Foreigners, if any is not abundant)

 I do have 1 (so sad, only one) customer, a Bangladeshi, my classmates back in IIUM. Im glad she fall in love with our brand :)

 Hence, this rebranding suits MJ perfectly and im proud to be part of it.

 Not only that, we also have a new website. We have one before, but frequently got jammed (high traffic), agents always had problem to order. Dr M and Dr A upgraded the web and during the process, we too had many loopholes but at last, it is for our own sake. And now, ordering the items are going on very smooth alhamdulillah. Our sales record are also updated simultaneously with the order. 
Oh, one more exciting (or is it not) thing is, we have MJ Superstars. Adrenaline rush when seeing you in the list although only for a day hihi. I have to wark harder to make it into the list. When you can see directly others' performance and sales, you'll boost yourself.

Celebrate the small success, the bigger ones will follow in sha Allah :)

I start this new day with bismillahirrahmanirrahim. 
A day full of spirit, full of hope

May today be better than yesterday and all the days that have passed.

When I created Mary Jardin with the tagline Every Woman's Dream, what came to my mind was a profile.

A profile of a young and ambitious lady, a career woman yet kept so grounded and very loving, surrounded by her kids. She looks so free and happy. She is filthy rich. She is extremely confident. She dresses up very elegantly. She walks straight up, she smiles and laugh contagiously and appears completely stress free! She rides in a luxury car, she gives effortlessly to anybody who ask anything from her. Happy. Free. Elegant.

She never forget her connection with Allah. She asks for guidance and strength from Him. She tries to live by the Quran. She turns to Him whenever she feel that life becomes very overwhelming. She is extraordinarily beautiful as she is full of patience, gratitude and redha.

This is a vision and visualization.

I always try to visualize myself as that woman. And i put my vision to be that woman. A vision is something that seems stretched. Bukan benda yang dah ada depan mata. Tapi benda yang rasa macam nak capai, boleh ke ni nak capai? That is a vision.

I live by that vision every single day. And I wake up everyday feeling very refreshed and pumped up.

If I did not achieve it yesterday, I have today, a FULL DAY to try again :)

I hope all of you find a vision that can keep your spirit high, EVERY SINGLE DAY!

Hardship is bread and butter of life. But we are perceived according to how we handle hardship.

If we overcome it elegantly, we are elegant. If we overcome it sophisticatedly, we are sophisticated. If we whine all the time, we are grumpy. If we cry and do nothing, we are such a looser. So choose a standard for yourself :)
